Have you looked at the new Smith Optics ChromaPop Glass PolarChromic (polarized-photochromic) sunglasses? They are really marketing them a lot, for fishing. The lens technologies sound similar to Serengeti's Spectral Control, mineral glass, polarized, photochromic lenses, and the VLT range is similar so I wonder how they compare. They are available in brown green mirror and yellow blue mirror, so the colors don't compare directly to any Serengeti lens, but the lens design does sound comparable. Thanks! What an interesting site you have created here. I've been a fan of Serengeti sunglasses since my Vermillion 7000SS cateye glasses in the 1980s. What is the difference between PhD 2.0 Polarized lenses and Saturn Polarized? They both seem to be available in all lens colours. Serengeti's website says PhD 2.0 lenses are "Built with NXT® technology and made from Trivex material", but it does not have much information at all about Saturn lenses or what material they are made of. Would you consider either one to be superior? Thanks.
